Report an error and the page gets rebuilt from the source, with a dated note under the change. Any of the 45 market pages can be wrong, and reporting one takes the page URL and the panel timestamp. A wrong figure is corrected at the source and the page then carries a dated note saying what it previously said.
Reporting one
Email [email protected] with the page URL and the figure you think is wrong. Send a screenshot with the panel timestamp visible if you can, because the timestamp settles whether the figure was wrong or simply older than the print you were reading.
What happens next
- A wrong number is corrected at the source and the page rebuilds on the next cycle.
- A catalyst attributed in error has its approval withdrawn. The market reverts to reporting that no catalyst is confirmed.
- A Moon link on an instrument that turns out not to be listed has its availability record cleared, which removes the link.
- Where a correction changes the substance of what a page claimed, the page carries a dated note saying what it previously said.
What is not a correction
Expect a simulated result here to differ from a result on Moon, because the price feed and the platform's own settlement rules are different inputs.
